Prospero's plot for revenge on Antonio and Alonso is an elaborate, and interesting one. His first move was to create a tempest that caused lightning to strike the ship leading to a shipwreck at his island. He made sure that everybody on the ship was separated along the island for specific reasons.
Prospero's strategy for getting his power back included getting Ferdinand, the Prince of Naples, to marry his daughter. He knew this would run smoothly, because his daughter is beautiful, and she has never seen another man besides Caliban. He delayed the love connection between Ferdinand and Miranda, to make sure he had time to do what he needed to do.
Prospero is a powerful man, with a heart and head full of revenge on his brother Antonio, and Alonso. It is clear he had prepared for this ahead of time, as everything had to be a certain way with the people from the ship. Prospero's plan is running according to his plan, and if it continues, he may be able to get revenge on his enemies for forcing him to leave his position as Duke of Milan.
